I bought a touch screen radio out of a salvage yard to replace the problematic head unit in my wife's 2014 Grand Caravan-scored a good one for $25! However-I should have dug around the Town&Country minivan to see if I could find the code in the owner's manual. Went back to the yard and it wasn't there anymore! (So finding the VIN wasn't an option anymore). Another $25 and I have a good radio! Fast response was a BIG plus.

If you are going to use these, start it on a Monday, Not a Friday like me, When/if you hit a problem there is no help to be had over the weekend.
