Alpine Radio Code by Label

To locate your Alpine serial number you will need to remove the radio and locate the serial it will appear on the radios label or be engraved into the top or the side of the casing. The serial required begins with either AL, TQ, TC, TD, TH, or JA.

Get Radio Code By Screen

Hold the preset buttons 1 & 6, whilst turning ON your radio.

The 8 digit serial number will appear on the display.

Some models display with `U` followed by 4 digits, then `L` followed by 4 numbers.

For example, the screen could show U1234 L5678. (this may be split on two screens).

Copy all the information from the display as this is needed to decode your radio.

Get Radio Code By Label

To find your Honda serial number, you will need to remove the radio using radio release keys.

Press the keys into place with pressure, then the unit will free from the dashboard.

Once the radio is removed you will need to locate the label, this is on the top or side of the casing.

Mercedes Alpine AL29010 or AL2199 Radio Codes

Mercedes Alpine AL29010 or AL2199 Radio Codes

It is quite simple to remove your Alpine radio. You will need a set of radio release keys (PC5-132). These are inexpensive and are around £3 - £5, you can obtain them from a local car audio shop or Halfords.

Once you have the radio release keys, push them into the 2 holes in each bottom corner of the radio (See image), apply a little pressure and the radio will release from the dashboard. The radios label will be located on the radio`s casing.

The Alpine radio serial starts with AL and is 14 digits long. For example AL 2910 Y 01 04000. This is usually on the back of the radio, engraved underneath a white label. Please see image for reference.

Chrysler/Jeep Radio Codes

It is quite simple to remove your Chrysler/Jeep radio. You will need t a flat-head screwdriver or a prying tool for prying the panels off the dash to access the radio.

In some cases you may need radio release keys to remove your radio from the head unit.

Once you have the radio release keys, push them into the 4 holes in each corner of the radio (See image), apply a little pressure and the radio will release from the dashboard. The radios label will be located on the radio`s casing.

Once the radio has been removed you will need to locate the radios label, which is on the top or side of the radios casing.

The Chrysler/Jeep radio serial numbers begin with TQ, T0, TC, TD, TZ, TB or TH.

Jaguar Radio Serial From The Label

It is quite simple to remove your Jaguar Alpine radio. You will need a set of radio release keys . These are inexpensive and are around £3 - £5, from your local Halfords.

Once you have the radio release keys, push them into the holes in each corner of the radio, apply a little pressure and the radio will release from the dashboard. The radios label will be located on the radio`s casing.

Different car radio models require differently shaped removal keys.
